The submission process works in two simple steps:

  1. At first, you will have to fill out the information about the publishing author - name, valid email, and affiliation
  2. Then you will enter information about the paper itself - the name of the paper, section, abstract, additional authors. Here, you will also upload the paper itself. We accept word documents in .doc or .docx format. You will be prompted to upload a signed copy of the Copyright form as well.
At the end of the process, an ID will be generated, which you will use to identify the payment for the conference. Payment information will be sent to you by email.

If you want to upload more than one paper, you will need to repeat this process for each paper. However, do not forget to check the additional paper option for each additional paper you will upload.
